Medical Device Registration
Registration of medical devices with MDA. Establishment License application and establishment in organisations. With the implementation of the Malaysia Medical Device Act 737 and Medical Device Regulations 2012, all medical devices must be registered with the regulatory authorities under Act 737.
Manufacturers and Authorized Representatives in Malaysia are required to register medical equipment.
All Medical devices sold in Malaysia are subject to be registered with MDA.
